David Wynne Davies C Eng MICE has joined as our Infrastructure Director, he brings over 40 years of infrastructure knowledge promoting, planning and operating motorways and major road projects.
An active volunteer for 10 years, Wynne as he is known helps out in the Motive Power Department and Operating Departments holding various competencies in each.
His first major task has been to digitize all our paper records, agreements, leases etc – a project he started during the lockdown of 2020. Smaller projects have included Level Crossing Risk assessments, land encroachments issues and sustainable power options.
