The NSRC would like to offer its sincere apologies to any member who found themselves being asked to pay a postage surcharge in order to receive Knotty 105.
There has not been a problem using a second class stamp in the past, but on this occasion the printing company used heavier than usual paper stock, which inadvertently pushed the weight of the journal just above the 100 gram letter band limit.
Steps will be taken to ensure that the correct paper weight is used for future issues, which hopefully will avoid a recurrence of this unfortunate episode
