Dare you ride the Churnet Valley Railways “Deadly Shadows Express Train”!? Then come and join us for a spooktacular evening of fun and entertainment on Saturday 27th October.
This year’s theme is centred around a Victorian High Street in the district of “Whitechapel” which is a very dark & dangerous place to shop! To make matters worse the only way to get to the High Street is by walking directly through the streets sewers! Once there not only do you have to be aware of the dodgy traders, but there is also the most sinister goings on…..
The event is entitled “Deadly Shadows Express Train” and promises an evening of scary fun and entertainment for all visitors on board the Ghost Train. At both Kingsley & Froghall Station and Cheddleton Station, there are spooky activities aplenty, a fairground, live music, BBQ, outside bar, Children’s Disco, Magician and other sideshows.
The Ghost Train event is extremely popular and whole families join in with the ‘spirit’ by dressing up in Halloween costumes. Trains depart from both stations throughout the evening and each ticket enables you take one round trip including the pitch black haunted Cheddleton Tunnel!
Ticket prices held for the forth year running, Adults £12, Seniors £10, Children £7, Family ticket (2 adults + 2 children) £35.
