A little later than planned but we are pleased to announce that D8059 will be our guest locomotive for our forthcoming diesel gala. We are grateful to the owning group and the Severn Valley Railway for the last minute arrangements.
We had hoped to bring in a Class 31, however last minutes changes in sponsorship for the transport costs meant we had to change our plans. We hope to be able to bring a 31 in at some future date, possibly when the main line connection is completed.
